Traditions II: Building on Mattamy’s existing Traditions development, this enclave will see about 80 stacked townhomes on 2.5 acres in Stittsville. November 2024 release expected.

McNeely Landing: A mix of about 430 singles, towns and flats on roughly 60 acres in Carleton Place.
Stinson Place: About 150 single-family homes, semi-detached and townhomes in Manotick.
