Spring Valley Trails in Orléans South is a nature-oriented development of towns, two-storey singles, semi-detached homes and bungalows next to Mer Bleue — a 3,500-hectare conservation area with interpretive boardwalks, sand ridges, cross-country ski trails and forests as well as the 7,700-year-old Mer Bleue bog. When finished, there will be about 350 homes.
There is one model to tour, a two-storey single. Here’s what you’ll see when you visit the Spring Valley Trails model home.
The Cumberland is a two-storey single on a 37-foot lot. It comes with 2,590 square feet, four bedrooms and 2.5 baths.
Somewhat open concept, there is definition between the formal (living room/dining room) and the informal (kitchen/family room), making it flexible for various types of entertaining. A nice touch is the contemporary see-through fireplace between the dining room and the family room.
Upstairs, there’s plenty of room for four bedrooms — with the master suite stretching across the back of the home — laundry room and loft space with cathedral ceiling.
The home also comes with a generous finished basement space, pictured above.
